The amplifier is powered by 4PPoE (4-Pair Power over Ethernet or lower), so you do not need an additional power adaptor and can use the device, even where there are no power cables or sockets, to significantly increase the network range. With the PoE+ and 4PPoE support, you can also connect devices with higher power consumption, such as access points, POS systems or video telephones.
